Both videos are so cute! What a girl! I can see you will have your hands full once she is home - but make sure you check those pants pockets everytime before you do the laundry!!! I'd love ot know what the song was that they were singing - I have not heard any Kreyol lullaby or toddler songs. I hope you learnt some while you were there. Patricia
She is so cute!!! When she was putting the bread in her pocket so she could clap, it was cracking me up :) When I was little, my mom told me I put a piece of gum from my mouth in my pants pocket for later; I guess bread is a lot eaiser to clean than gum! I hope she is home soon!
Patricia; I ave no clue which song she was signing... that one was creole. They sang some french songs that I recognized. Frere Jacque, Ram Sam, Sam. In "school" they sang hello and goodbye songs. I can't think of any of the others... but when I go get her I will try and get them to re-sing and I will write them down. It seemed they were always signing so it shouldn't be a prob!!! ;-) I will certainly make sure I check those pockets!!! Have a great time and I look forward to hearing about it!!!
Holly; Thankfully for now it was only bread..lol. Gum... your poor mom!!! It's ok, I remember purposely putting gum in my hair. I don't remember my reason behind it, but I do remember my mom having to "butter" it out!!! Ooops!
Lisa; I do hope we get news soon. As much as I have had "patience" it's starting to get old..lol I'm looking forward to seeing many, many of our children home! Yours included!
To know me is to know my infinite passion for my family. I enjoy being a wife, a mother, a sister, a friend and a daughter. I take time to enjoy the many blessings I have been given to the fullest. I appreciate all the great people that surround me. My life is my journey of miracles and of dreams come true.
