Highlight of my day...

I called Haiti today to confirm that Agnes received my e-mail regarding my cancelled plans to go. I obviously didn't want her to worry when I didn't arrive and I thought the Internet may be down. She talked about Tamaya during our conversation and said I am looking at her right now and she is so beautiful... then she said "vini Chantaline" (come here Chantaline) and put my baby girl on the phone. I of course said hello and Agnes said her eyes got real big... So today although I didn't hold my baby girl.. I did have a moment of just her and I, even across the miles.
